How do I buy/purchase ?
                  

• Select the product or products you want to buy, using the available product categories on the left side of the page and then press “Add to cart” button.
• Once you have selected all the products you wanted to purchase, press the “Shopping cart” button. You can visualize this way the list with all the products you chose, modify the ordered quantities or give up one or all selected items.
• In order to continue, it is necessary to create an account or use the information of your previous created account.
• Select the delivery address and the payment.
• Check the summary of your order and press the “Finalize Order” button.

How do I pay ?

           All the prices of the products or of the available services on the website include VAT.

           To pay your order, you have 2 methods:

• Online, with a credit card

You can pay online using your own or your firm’s credit card, without any additional errand/commission. YOKKO uses the GECAD ePayment International online payment services in order to offer you a secure and efficient way of ordering and online payment. The accepted credit cards for payment are the ones issued by VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including MAESTRO).
If you have one of VISA Electron or Maestro cards, you can select the online payment option, on Payment and Delivery page, the owner of the credit card, VISA for VISA Electron, and MASTERCARD for Maestro.
If you chose this type of paying, at the end of your order, you can fill in your credit card details. This can be made by using a coded SSL on 128 bytes connection, totally secure for you.

How do I return the ordered items?

The products can be returned in the same conditions they were achieved, within 10 business days from their receiving, without any penalties or invoking any reason, ONLY FOR ONLINE ORDERS.
Articles of clothing must be in same state as they were received, with all labels intact and without showing signs of wear.
The footwear articles must be proved on a carpet, before being worn. They must be returned in their original box, intact, as a part of the product. We reserve the right to refuse packages containing articles of shoes without boxes, or whose cases are no longer intact.
In order to help us improve the services we offer, we invite you to fill in the return form, included in the package you received.

If we cannot replace your item, in case you ordered the wrong measure, we will return its equivalent value.
Restoring the equivalent value of the returned items will be made through money order, in 30 days time.
The shipping charge of the items returned to YOKKO will be pay by you.
